2. Advantages of WPC
The price of WPC is gold grade. The price of 5.5mm WPC is basically the same as that of 5.0mm lock and glue free products of vinyl, but it is higher than that of magic buckle, and much higher than that of washed glue and ordinary PVC floor (brush glue type).
The installation cost of WPC is far lower than that of ordinary brush glue PVC floor, lower than that of ordinary PVC lock lock floor, no glue PVC floor, magic buckle and washing glue PVC floor.
WPC’s waterproof is quite good, wood plastic this layer of waterproof is also very stable, on the contrary, magic buckle, washing glue, ordinary brush glue PVC floor, because it involves glue, waterproof effect is general.
The installation convenience of WPC is relatively convenient due to the installation method of angle tap. It is suitable for DIY. Of course, the price of dry back is the worst.
WPC floor is certainly good in terms of silence and foot feel, especially the WPC floor with cork or EVA pad;
WPC is also very good in environmental protection, including formaldehyde emission, heavy metals, especially reach test, 144 items all passed.
WPC flooring is weak in recyclability after use, because WPC (wood plastic) can not be recycled and reused. PVC flooring of other products can be recycled and reused as recycled materials
3. Several problems in communication between WPC and customers
(1) Because the LVT layer of WPC is generally only 1.5mm thick, the plate pattern should be flat as far as possible. Do not do hand grasping and classicslate (plate pattern), and the rate of defective products will be very high.
(2) The cost of 6.0 mm wood plastic layer is 1.8 US dollars per square meter higher than that of 5 m wood plastic layer
(3) The LVT layer and WPC layer of WPC are bonded by glue, and the peel strength is very good, even better than the bonding strength of LVT color film and frosted sheet after hot pressing
(4) Some WPC sizes may mention that they need a width of 143mm. Our products used to have the same width. However, after testing and experience in large-scale production, the loss of 143mm will be larger, so it is changed to 146mm. Less wear means low cost.
(5) When preparing WPC samples, especially when the whole sample is needed, please be sure to assemble them by yourself to see if there is any problem. In the early stage, some samples are defective, and it is OK to make small samples, but the whole sample may have some problems, such as height difference, oblique head seam, etc., so please confirm and send them again. Otherwise, the effect will be even worse.
2、 Stone plastic floor SPC:
Stone plastic flooring (SPC) is a new type of environmental protection floor developed based on high technology. Shrinkage of SPC floor: ≤ 1 ‰ (after tempering), ≤ 2.5 ‰ (before tempering), (shrinkage test standard: 80 ℃, 6 hours);
SPC floor density: 1.9 ~ 2 T / m3;
Advantages of SPC floor: the physical indexes of SPC floor are stable and reliable, and the chemical indexes meet the international and national standards;
Disadvantages of SPC floor: high density, heavy weight and high transportation cost of SPC floor;

SPC floor production process:
Process: 1. Mixing
According to the proportion of raw materials automatic metering → high-speed mixer hot mixing (hot mixing temperature: 125 ℃, the role is to mix all kinds of materials evenly, remove moisture in the materials) → into the cold mixing (to cool the materials, prevent caking and discoloration, cold mixing temperature: 55 ℃.) The material is mixed evenly by cooling;
Process 2: extrusion
The formed sheet passes through a four roll calender, and the base material is fixed in thickness, pasted with color film, pasted with wear-resistant layer, cooled and cut;
Procedure 3: UV tempering
Surface UV → tempering (tempering hot water temperature: 80 ~ 120 ℃); Cold water temperature: 10 ℃)
