The solid wood core boards are interwoven and laminated in an orderly manner, and bonded together, which can change the original stretching direction of the wood fibers. It is this step that improves the limits of solid wood expansion and contraction. : Core board hot pressing glue hot pressing is every important process in the process of solid wood composite flooring. It is directly related to the quality of floor waste. The hot press setting of the large workshop is superior, and the solid wood floor consumes the factory. Step 5: Substrate thickness and sanding Use a large thick sander to ensure the smoothness of the floor substrate surface. Step 6: Substrate sorting After the processing is completed, the substrate of the substrate is completed, and the manufacturer of the solid wood flooring will carefully classify and remove the failed products.
